Please give 24-hours notice of lesson cancellation where at all possible. Please refer to Sway Alexander Technique Practice’s Covid 19 policy and note that if you or someone you’ve been in contact with starts to show Covid 19 Symptoms you must cancel immediately, even if 5 mins before your lesson.

Missed lessons where insufficient notice or no notice are given will be chargeable at the normal lesson rate unless of course, you or someone you have had contact with start to show Covid19 symptoms.

On the rare occasion that I need to rearrange your lesson, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you another lesson as close to the original as possible. See Covid 19 policy regarding circumstances in which I may need to cancel immediately before the lesson.

Payment for a package of individual lessons must be received before or at the first lesson of each package. Where payment is not received, no further lessons will be given until the account is settled.

All 10 lesson packages to be taken within a 6-month period.

All 5 lesson packages must be taken within a 3-month period. 

Group classes – payment is required at or before the first lesson of each half term. All classes are non-transferrable unless the class is cancelled.
