I want to reassure you that I store your email address in a password protected email account or in a database which has private codes only I know.

If you’ve been to a workshop or individual lesson you may have given information which I store in paper form and is now held under lock and key so its not available for anyone else to access.  As and when I switch to digital storage your personal information will be password protected again so only I can access it.

If you have consented to be on my database you should receive my blogs automatically.  If, at any time, you wish to stop receiving these and news of any offers on Alexander Technique lessons and workshops, simply email me and so I can remove you from the mailing list.
